AdmissionsManatee Palms Youth Services is a planned admission, class IV intensive residential treatment facility licensed as a hospital. We do not have an emergency room or crisis stabilization unit, nor do we accept emergency admissions. However, Manatee Palms Youth Services has a 24-hour, 7-day a week access line where someone can take your call and give you information about our program. The Access Center staff, comprised of registered nurses, provides a confidential consultation over the phone about psychiatric, behavioral and chemical dependency services available to you. Following the conversation, the Access Center staff may refer you to our Director of Admissions who will contact you to meet your needs for a planned admission or appropriate direction for treatment. You may reach the Access Center at (941) 792-2222. Manatee Palms Youth Services also maintains a hotline for our Statewide Inpatient Psychiatric Program (SIPP) that you may access 24-hours, 7 days a week. The SIPP Hotline operates under the same premise that the Access Center line does. You may call one of our psychiatric nurses on our dedicated SIPP Hotline toll-free number for an appropriate referral for outpatient, partial hospital, or inpatient care based on individual needs. The nurse may also refer you to your local Child Services Staffing Team (CSST) for their recommendation on additional services you may be eligible to receive. The SIPP Hotline number is (888) 522-2121. ADA Accessible Help is Just a Phone Call Away |
